Overview

Katz is the leader of the elite mercenary team Raven, on a deadly mission to obtain a powerful Soviet satellite decoder. But when the operation is sabotaged by U.S. officials, he sets out on a personal mission to eliminate the enemies and render his own brand of outlaw justice.
