Nefratis, an Egyptian demon princess that feeds off of sexual energy, reincarnates in the present day as a young archaeologist and attacks the cast and crew of an amateur porn film.

The demon princess Nefratis returns in a new body and goes after the Amulet of Osiris. Meanwhile, the survivors of Nefratis' previous killing spree discover that they have been reincarnated multiple times and places through history, including ancient Egypt and Nazi German, to fight against the evil princess.
